I grew up in the Marion Center area and graduated from Marion Center Area Schools. I’m often the first face patients see when they walk through the door, and I do my best to make sure they feel right at home.
My day to day includes greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, pulling charts, processing payments—you name it, I do it!
I take care of everything that keeps the front desk running smoothly, but what I love most is chatting with our patients. Whether it’s a quick laugh or a longer conversation, getting to know the wonderful people who come through our doors is truly the best part of my job.
Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my grandkids; they keep me on my toes and keep life fun!

I've been seeing Tom since 2003. This office has always had great service and Tom is the best audiologist I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Tom to everyone. He is kind and generous and really works with you.

Staff is very friendly and Dr. Tom Todd is the best. WE travel 120 mile round trip for the best service in the area. Dr. Tom always understands and tries his best to make your hearing at its best with heading aids.
