"It is worth the cost and will change your life."
My wife and other family members were concerned because I was frequently misunderstanding them or not hearing them at all. I knew my hearing wasn’t perfect, especially when I couldn’t understand TV dialog, and in crowded rooms I could only figure out what was being said by looking directly at the speaker and reading lips.
I had no real fears before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates. I was really impressed by Dr. Meg’s calm and compassionate demeanor. She truly cared about my condition and wanted to help me. Wearing hearing aids has been like the difference between night and day. I now enjoy conversations, music, television, podcasts, and the wonderful sounds I had been missing, like morning bird calls. I would tell anyone who is concerned about their hearing to please schedule an appointment. It is worth the cost and will change your life. Dr. Meg is my favorite thing about the clinic—she is excellent at what she does and is a kind and compassionate person.

"She truly wants to help you hear better!"
A couple of years ago, I realized I might have a hearing challenge because I was asking people to repeat themselves and felt they were talking too quietly. I was hesitant since I didn’t want to wear hearing aids, not out of embarrassment but because of having to put them in and out. When I first visited Audiological & Speech Associates, I was very impressed with the tests used to correctly identify the sounds I couldn’t hear and with Janelle’s professionalism. Now that I wear hearing aids, I can understand conversations better, hear sounds I was missing, and easily adjust the sound in noisy environments using my cell phone or just by tapping on the hearing aid.
Janelle is available whenever needed and open to any questions or concerns. I would recommend Janelle without a doubt—she is very honest, caring, and professional, and truly wants to help you hear better.

"I brag about my hearing aid!"
I first realized I had a hearing challenge when I kept asking my kids and husband to repeat themselves and always had to turn the TV volume up. I joked that it was selective hearing, but eventually agreed I really wasn't hearing things like I should. At only 47, I was hesitant to have a hearing aid because I felt nervous about feeling "old" and about something new in general. Now, three years later, I brag about my hearing aid.
Audiological & Speech Associates and everyone there are very professional and down to earth. They explained things so I could understand how it worked and why it was important. If I had questions, they answered them patiently and thoroughly. My hearing aid has given me more confidence in social situations and helped my anxiety. My family appreciates that I can hear them now, too. If you have hearing questions, the clinic should be your first stop. They are professional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. My favorite thing is they always explain things, treat patients with respect, and help.

"Tell them to visit, they will love Dr Todd"
I never realized my hearing was that bad, but I love my new hearing aids. The clinic was very friendly and knowledgeable. Now I can hear really well, and Dr. Todd always tells me everything on my chart and is very concerned if I have a problem. I would tell anyone considering a visit to go - they will love Dr. Todd.

"I am still amazed how clearly I can hear after 3 years. I will never be without my hearing aids."
I first realized I had a hearing challenge when speaking to my daughters. I thought they were whispering as a joke, but they told me they were speaking normally. I had absolutely no fears or concerns when I contacted Audiological & Speech Associates, I just wanted my normal hearing back. My husband and I were so impressed by how the staff greeted us and how helpful they were. I am still amazed at how clearly I can hear after three years, and I will never be without my hearing aids. I always look forward to my visits with Janell, who is so friendly and helpful when discussing my hearing loss. If someone is concerned about their hearing, I would show them my hearing aids, explain how easy they are to use, and advise them to call for an appointment.

"The key thing for me was finding an excellent provider"
I first noticed my hearing loss and tinnitus at age 30. After years of frustration with poorly fitted hearing aids and little professional support, I eventually failed my CDL hearing test and decided to visit Audiological & Speech Associates based on a glowing recommendation from a respected ENT. From my first visit, I was very impressed with Dr. Janelle’s professionalism and how she took time to listen to my needs. Her deep understanding of both hearing loss and the latest technology made a big difference in my journey.
Thanks to the hearing aids I now have, I am able to hear better with conversations sounding crisp rather than muffled. I never go anywhere without them, and I don’t feel so alone in conversations. My hearing isn’t perfect, but it is exponentially better, making me much more functional. For anyone concerned about their hearing, I would say the key is finding an excellent provider like Dr. Janelle - someone who truly understands both the condition and the technology.

"Go, your life will forever be changed."
Years ago, I realized I had a hearing challenge when the barrier between me and my family became so bad that they didn’t want to talk to me because I would need them to repeat things three or four times. I didn’t think at my age I could be helped, but from my first impression, everyone at Audiological & Speech Associates was very kind and compassionate. When Meghan placed the hearing aid in my ear, I was overcome with emotion and cried because I hadn’t realized how bad my hearing loss was. Meghan hugged me, and I’ll never forget that moment. My life has changed in such a way thanks to the care and special attention Meghan gave me.
If someone is concerned about their hearing, I would say, go, your life will forever be changed.

"Just do it. There's nothing to regret about it. You'll be able to do the one thing that is beautiful, to be able to hear again."
I realized something was wrong with my hearing when I was younger because I always had ear infections and needed tubes in my ears twice. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to hear like everyone else; it was rough having trouble hearing at school and college. People would get irritated with me since I couldn't hear well, and I often struggled with accents and even lyrics in music. My main fear before going to Audiological & Speech Associates was people judging me.
My first impression at the clinic was that I was really happy and excited - I was thankful to be able to hear again. Hearing aids have helped me immensely, especially at work. I can hear a lot better than I used to. The staff was excited for me and explained things as needed. To anyone considering help, I would say: just do it. There's nothing to regret about it.

"Give them a call today, you will be glad you did."
I was born with a hearing issue, but it never really bothered me until I could not pass my DOT Physical. All those years missing out on what was going on around me felt lost. The very first time Thomas Todd put in my new hearing aids at Audiological & Speech Associates, I was amazed—I could hear birds chirping, things I could never hear before. My biggest fear had always been the cost of hearing aids, but the staff had outstanding knowledge and made me feel like family. I’ve now been a client for 19 years. The friendly staff is my favorite thing about working with the clinic. If you are concerned about your hearing, give them a call today, you will be glad you did.

"You owe it to yourself to see what you have been missing!"
I first noticed something was wrong when I had trouble hearing conversations in background noise, and I kept turning up the volume on the TV and radio. I didn’t have many concerns before reaching out, except some curiosity about cost and whether I was ready for hearing aids. My first impression of Audiological & Speech Associates was very positive; everything from the consultation to the exam, fitting, and follow-ups went very well. I don’t wear my hearing aids all the time, but I really should. It’s amazing the things I can hear now. Dr. Megan is a wonderful doctor—she explains everything in detail, is very knowledgeable, and has a great personality. If you’re considering visiting, you owe it to yourself to see what you have been missing.

"Go for it"
My wife told me I might have a hearing challenge. When I first visited Audiological & Speech Associates, I found them very professional and comprehensive. I can hear almost normally now with hearing aids, and the whole experience was good.
If you are concerned about your hearing, go for it!

"You’re not treated like another customer off the street, but a person with a problem that can be helped."
I first realized I might have a hearing challenge when I was at home, talking to my daughter in the next room. I walked to another room and her voice disappeared. That was my “aha moment.” Before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates, I didn’t want to look like an old man carrying around a transistor radio with a cord running into an earpiece. I was impressed with their personal touch in erasing my fears and you’re not treated like another customer off the street, but a person with a problem that can be helped. Now, I can hear my family when they are talking to me or to each other. I’ve mentioned the clinic to several friends who asked who I went to for hearing issues.

"Go and see them. They are experts and make you feel comfortable."
I first realized I might have a hearing challenge when I kept having to say "what" or "can you repeat that." My first impression of Audiological & Speech Associates was that the staff were friendly and professional. Since getting hearing aids, I feel much more comfortable and confident when around people, in restaurants, and other social situations. My favorite thing about working with the clinic is Janelle—she's awesome! I would tell anyone concerned about their hearing to go and see them. They are experts, make you feel comfortable, and explain everything in detail. I highly recommend them.

"Dr. Janelle is my favorite thing about working with the clinic."
I first realized something was up with my ears in 2000. I had no preconceived fears or concerns before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates, and my first impression was that everyone was very nice. Dr. Janelle is my favorite thing about working with the clinic. Even though I still have trouble being around people because of the difficulty of hearing, I appreciate their support.

"GO now, you will be glad you did. It doesn't hurt to find out where you stand."
A few years ago, my response to everyone was "huh" or "please repeat." I had very good hearing up until that time, so it came on more suddenly than I expected. It began to bother me that I had to ask everyone to repeat themselves, but I had no fears or concerns. I just wanted to hear again.
From the moment I entered Audiological & Speech Associates, I found them professional, friendly, very helpful, and understanding. Now, it is a pleasure to hear family, TV, and outside sounds. I was missing so much and didn't realize it. If you are concerned about your hearing, GO now, you will be glad you did. It doesn't hurt to find out where you stand.

"Absolutely go"
I first realized I had a hearing challenge in 1977 when the Air Force told me I had a 40% loss in my left ear. Before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates, I was concerned because my dad struggled with his hearing aids. My first impression was very positive because the front desk people were very nice, and Janelle made me feel comfortable. Hearing aids have immensely helped with the ringing in my ears, and now I don't go around saying "huh?" My favorite thing is the very nice office staff, with Janelle being especially helpful. If you are concerned about your hearing, I would say absolutely go.

"Happy I'm able to hear again"
I realized I had a hearing challenge when I could not hear what was going on. Before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates, I was concerned about not knowing how bad my hearing was. My first impression was happiness that I would be able to hear again. Hearing aids have helped me understand people better, and I was treated with respect throughout the process. This is a good place to go if you are concerned about your hearing.

"I would tell them to go there as soon as possible, don't wait."
A long time ago, I really had a tough time hearing and understanding what people were saying. My experience with Audiological & Speech Associates was very good. They were professional and explained everything clearly. The doctor and staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't believe that I waited so long to go there. I would highly recommend them and tell anyone concerned about their hearing to go there as soon as possible and not to wait.

"I love how quickly they handled my problems!"
I've had hearing problems for years. The last aid I got from Miracle Ear cost $2,000 for one, but at Audiological & Speech Associates I got upgraded to two for the same price and am very happy with my Starkey. The clinic was very friendly and patient, and I love how quick they are to handle any problems. I wear my hearing aids every day and can actually understand what most people are saying now.

"Do it"
I realized I should better go to the doctor, so I contacted Audiological & Speech Associates. My first impression was that they were professional, and my favorite thing about working with the clinic is that they are caring. If someone is concerned about their hearing, I would tell them to do it.

"Don't wait, make the call. You'll be glad you did."
I realized I might have a hearing challenge when I was constantly asking people to repeat things for me to understand. I had no concerns before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates, and my first impression was that they were professional and had a genuine concern for their patients. The hearing aids have helped me understand conversations better, and I no longer interrupt others with the television volume being so loud. My favorite thing about working with the clinic is that they are very easy to work with and to understand.

"I'll pay for it....go!"
I slowly became more and more isolated from conversations, feeling like an outcast as others ignored my presence and didn’t want my opinion. My biggest fear was whether I could afford professional help or if I should go cheap and buy something off the internet, as I’d seen many people unhappy with their hearing aids and still missing important parts of conversations. I was also worried that what I would end up with might be no better than something from Amazon or Walmart.
When I visited Audiological & Speech Associates, my first impression was, "WOW, a hearing test that really challenged me." I didn't understand what was said with a covered mouth, and that felt like real-world, real-life testing. Now with hearing aids, I feel aware of what’s going on around me—I can hear gravel crunching as someone comes up the driveway, a car door shutting, and a knock at the door anywhere in the house. The clinic totally understands hearing loss, is always kind and understanding, and takes the time to explain anything. If you’re considering getting help, I'll pay for it - go!

"Go now and you will not regret it."
I realized something was wrong when I could not hear the conversation going on around me and could only pick up an occasional word. Before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates, I was concerned about what the device would look like, how hard it would be to get in place, and of course, the costs. My first impressions of the office were very pleasant, and they made me feel comfortable. Now, with my hearing aids, I feel like I am not missing part of the conversation and I love the Bluetooth pairing with my phone. Every visit feels like I am going in to talk to a friend who will fix whatever my issue might be.
Go now and you will not regret it.

"Do it, it is for the better."
I first realized I had a hearing challenge when I was not understanding people's requests. My first impression of Audiological & Speech Associates was that they were very friendly and professional. With hearing aids, I hear a lot more now. My favorite thing about working with the clinic is their help in knowing what was happening and showing concern. To anyone concerned about their hearing, I would say, do it, it is for the better.

"Definitely do it, you will be happy you did and you won’t be disappointed with the staff and services."
Hearing loss was in my family, and as a professional, I noticed I was asking people to repeat things more often and had difficulty hearing and understanding colleagues and family members. I had no fears before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates, since I got a recommendation from one of my doctors. My first impressions were good, and Dr. Kisiday and her staff have been great. Everyone has been so nice there. With hearing aids, I can hear so much better and have an improved quality of life. If you are concerned about your hearing, definitely do it—you will be happy you did and you won’t be disappointed with the staff and services because they are highly experienced.

"Whenever I call for help, they are always available to see me."
I lost the hearing in my right ear overnight and then suffered from vertigo for several weeks. It was a very challenging time and it took a while to find a doctor who recommended the Bi-Cross hearing aid. I was just hopeful that the hearing aids would help me in social situations where I was having difficulty understanding conversations.
I was pleased with the friendliness of everyone in the office and Megan's sweet help. My hearing aids have been very helpful, and we are still working to adjust them for maximum efficiency. Whenever I call for help, they are always available to see me. I would recommend this office to anyone concerned about their hearing.

"Definitely go there, they are the best! "
My first impressions of Audiological & Speech Associates were that they were knowledgeable and gave an easy-to-understand explanation of my hearing loss and treatment. My day now starts when I put in my hearing aids. I feel like they are family.
Definitely go there, they are the best!

"Run, do not walk to Audiologists Associates."
It became obvious to my adult children that I was having trouble hearing, but I did not want to accept I needed hearing aids. I was embarrassed that I kept saying, “Would you repeat that?” and missing comments, but after enough times dealing with that, I was determined to make an appointment. From the first few minutes I entered Audiological & Speech Associates, I felt relaxed and like a special person who needed their expertise. Everyone from the front office was welcoming and understood I was apprehensive and worried, and that meant a lot.
Now, I never get blank stares when someone is speaking to me. The sincere concern with helping me get the right hearing aids for me stood out, and most important, I never felt embarrassed to need hearing aids. For anyone concerned about their hearing, I’d say, “Run, do not walk to the clinic.” I know I made the right decision. Outstanding care.

"Go for it - I think I missed out on a lot of conversations "
I first realized something was wrong with my ears when I experienced vertigo. I was concerned about how I would adapt to hearing aids, but my first impression of Audiological & Speech Associates was that they are caring and knowledgeable people. With hearing aids, I can hear so much better now. The ease of access to the clinic has been my favorite thing about working with them. If you are concerned about your hearing, go for it. I think I missed out on a lot of conversations.

"They were honest, helpful, and had my best interest at heart."
My biggest concern was whether or not I was in the range to warrant hearing aids. I did not want to look into hearing aids if I wasn’t in a hearing loss range before I needed them, so I had no preconceived fears before contacting Audiological & Speech Associates. My first impression was that they were professional and friendly. They were honest, helpful, and had my best interest at heart, and I was not recommended for hearing aids even though I did have some hearing loss. The time and care that each person gave to me made me feel very comfortable. Every question I had was answered and every procedure was explained ahead of time.

"Don't Wait"
I first realized something was wrong with my hearing when I experienced Meniere's disease, and my ENT pointed out that my hearing was probably diminishing. I was uncertain if a hearing aid would help, but my first impression of Audiological & Speech Associates was that they were extremely professional, caring, and true experts in the field. Hearing aids have definitely helped me live a better life. It does take time to get used to them, but the doctor’s office has been immensely helpful and patient as I’ve navigated this adjustment. My favorite thing about working with them is how knowledgeable and patient they are. If you’re concerned about your hearing, don’t wait.

"Give them one chance to help you, you will be glad and completely satisfied with their medical knowledge and ability to communicate with you."
I first realized something was wrong with my hearing when I continued to ask people to repeat what they said. I became tired, exhausted, and mentally worn out, eventually getting used to missing conversations. After two vascular decompression surgeries to relieve my face pain, I was warned about possible hearing loss, but removing the pain was more important to me. When I came to Audiological & Speech Associates, everyone was friendly, courteous, and honest, from the receptionist to the doctor. Wearing hearing aids now allows me to enjoy and participate in all conversations. My favorite thing about working with the clinic is knowing I will have the best help with the friendliest women. If you are concerned about your hearing, give them one chance to help you - you will be glad and completely satisfied with their medical knowledge and ability to communicate with you.
